Heath paid little attention to the other male’s reaction as he eased the bit into the mare’s mouth. She looked on with out much of a care, acting as it it was nothing to shake a stick at. She would have told him quite visibly if there was something wrong in her mouth that made it uncomfortable, and Heath had measured the halter against her face to make sure the height was correct. It was only his concerned voice and his question that made Heath turn to face the wolf.

Nope, not it its fitted right. Just think, you will need to ask her to stop. Heath reminded the male. This will give you the control to ask that question.
