The moment was more then Layla could have ever asked for. Her orbs moved back to her love's eyes but something wasn't right. She could see pain in his eyes. Was his wound bothering him again? The mistress' figure rose as she moved her hand over his wound. There were no bandages covering it because she was not able to put them on while in her lupus form. Her attention went back to her satchel as she searched through it for the aloe ointment. While she knew she used it once for the cuts, it was also a cool ointment. Hopefully the chill from his would help ease the pain a bit. Once she found it, she undid the lid and carefully spread another thin layer of it over the wound. Once that was taken care of, she grabbed her bandages and patched up the wound. Hopefully now it wouldn't cause them both anymore trouble. Once all that was said and done and her food had been served, she waited for him to start out their night by trying a piece. She hoped it was good enough for him. She was just copying Conor's recipe that he showed her. Perhaps in her spare time she could work on trying out some new spices and meat combinations. Her broke from her daydream when she noticed that Saluce was quickly eating his piece of meat. Obviously he liked it. She was so happy she could please him and make him happy.

As she was about to take another bite out of her piece, she heard him speak. Him lucky? She thought she was the lucky one to find him. Perhaps it was destiny that they were meant to be together. As if it was perfect timing, he told her she would make a great mother. Her smile returned as she leaned back against the male's chest. "And you'll make a wonderful father Saluce. I can't wait til we'll have pups of our own." It wasn't like she was asking to have them now. Autumn was approaching and by the time the pups would be ready it would be winter. It wasn't that she didn't mind when they had them but it would be too hard to raise pups in the winter. Knowing this info, perhaps it would be best to plan having pups towards the end of winter.

Again she broke from her train of thought as he told her how great her cooking was. She was thrilled he liked it. Now she knew what to make for Saluce after a hard day's work at his shop. Her smile returned as she swallowed her next bite. "I'm glad you like it. It's not that great, but there's more if you want to have another piece." She of course said it wasn't so great because she was being modest. She didn't like bragging and tried to put everyone else higher than herself. She had finished her piece and was ready for the final part of the night. She wanted to talk more about having pups, but there was one special thing that came bafore that and changing back into her lupus form. She moved back to her satchel and then turned her head back to her mate. "I have a surprise for you love. Could you close your eyes please?" Once his eyes were closed, she pulled out the necklace and moved back over to him. The mistress carefully moved it around his head until it was dangling from his neck. Once it was all the way on, she nuzzled him and spoke excitedly. "Ok love, you can open your eyes now." She hoped he liked the gift she had for her. Seeing as he licked gears she thought this was fitting.
Once all was said and done, it was time for Layla to change back into her lupus form. She moved back to all fours and made her change. Her body shrank back down to wolf side and her hair shorted to her fur. Now that she was back on four legs, she moved over to her love's back side and rubbed her slim body against him. Now that things had settled down, it was time for discussion. She moved her gaze up to the stars. "The stars look lovely tonight." She then moved her orbs down and to Saluce's. The thought of pups were still on her mind. A sigh emitted from her lips as she locked her gaze with his. "Saluce, do you want to have pups with me?"
