ooc talk: Table & Coding © James; Don't worry, I'm still getting a handle on Ouija too; 669 words

The harshness of the voice was lost on him. But what he did notice was the jealousy. It was just so easy to read. "Chalk, among other things." He gave his answer simply. One needed chalk to be able to draw easily upon wooden surfaces. And with the colored variety he could crush it up and roll around in it to add in some more color to his fur. After all his appearance was a testament to nature. He was covered by the colorings of many plants and had never bothered to take excessive care in grooming. He was a display of how wild and out of control nature got. But rather than trying to make a statement Ouija really was just too lazy to become obsessive over his appearance. He didn't stink and that was enough for him. The tangles and stuff just added a bit of character. It wasn't like he could stress the condition of his coat when he was always getting blood on his hands.

He shook his head as the one that was obviously in charge spoke up. "Nope, from across the bay actually." He motioned in the approximate direction that New Brunswick was even though it couldn't be seen from where thy were. "Just got over this way not long ago and looking to restock on a few supplies." The things that he needed for his craft. Things that he had once used as a daily routine. He had been a respected member of the cult that he had always lived in up until recently. He'd had many coming to him for his advice and his readings. And a couple of other reasons as well.

"What sort of repayment did you have in mind?" After all he had no idea what exactly was going through the other's mind. He wasn't a mind reader, only an entrails reader. And well, he didn't do too bad with body language either. But that he figured was a skill of all. After all more was spoken with the body than with actual words anyways. Like how the leader was relaxed while the underling was uptight. The leader's expression spoke of interest while the follower's had that of distaste and maybe a hint of hatred too.

And it was that which had him amused. It had Ouija fully entering the room to move over towards the desk in order to sit on the edge of it. Being the open flirt that he was he hand no problem in reaching out a hand to attempt to stroke the backs of his fingers lightly up Riot's side. He wasn't watching Riot as he tried to dark the male though. Instead he was staring straight at Vault, attempting to lock his gaze with the brown male's while he spoke in a low and husky tone that bordered on lust. "Don't fret so much pup, I'm into sharing." Even though he was younger than both present his grandfather's genes had made him taller than each. And it was merely because of Vault's attitude of a petulant child that had him referring to him in the manner that he had. Ouija couldn't hide his smirk either, not when he found Vault's pouting to be so amusing.

The giant of a male tore his gaze away from the one that had positioned himself at the window to look to the one who had stretched himself out on top of the desk. "Your puppy is upset that you aren't playing with him. Did you forget to give him his bone today to make him happy?" While the words had been spoken in something of a whisper Ouija had made sure that it was loud enough for Vault to be able to overhear. He just couldn't help himself. It was like a game. It had only been a look to get underneath the chocolate male's skin and riled him up. Ouija couldn't help but to try to push his buttons further with a few spoken words.
