Gideon stood in his place as the others went to attack the outsider, unsure of what he ought to do. He wanted the wolf to run off, as he was obviously outnumbered, but the intruder didn't seem as if he wanted to leave. Gideon didn't understand this at all. He would feel really bad for going in another pack's lands to begin with, and would do whatever the wolf that greeted him told him to do to avoid conflict. But this wolf was challenging them, for some reason.
He thought to himself for a few moments before actually acting and doing anything, coming forward to snap at the foreign male. No one would threaten his home, the place where he and his puppies lived. What if this male had gotten farther inside? That would have threatened the lives of the pups that he had saved. "You get the Hell out of here before we tear you to pieces, you fool" He growled at Noss, turquoise eyes narrowed.
