OOC: Forward dated to just after the events in "A Soul's Taste of Corruption", as discussed ^^
The deed had been done and it had satisfied the pounding in his head for the moment, but he felt like he still needed something to calm his nerves. That female had been exquisite and he vowed to return someday, perhaps for the aptly named, "Second Coming." He chuckled to himself as he padded along the woods in lupus form. The act hadn't exactly gone as planned, but then again he really hadn't planned it at all. It had simply been a spur of the moment type of deal that was nevertheless enjoyable, for him anyways.
As he reached what sounded like an open area up ahead, judging by the sound of the wind blowing against the trees, a new sound and scent reached his ears. The scent was alien to him, a sort of sour scent. The sound was of water crashing into something, though it was much more powerful than that, as if nature's mighty wrath was being unleashed onto something. Then a new sound pierced through that, this one causing Kemo to freeze in his tracks. He ran toward the sound, carefully dodging trees his ears picked up with the sound of the air flowing around it, and burst through the trees in a dramatic display of excitement. The first thing he noticed was the strange texture his paws sunk in to. What in the world could this be? Then he heard the sound again, a beautiful sound to his ears. What could possibly make such wonderful noise?
It was as he was walking towards the sound that he caught yet another scent, though this time it was slightly familiar. A wolf like scent, though it wasn't in the least one he had smelled before. The pack scent however, was familiar. Inferni... But could she really be so evil if she could make such an amazing sound? He padded close enough to listen and make himself known, losing himself in the wonderfully hypnotizing sound.
