Denali couldn’t help but feel the excitement from Oak, it was as though it was transferring like a contagious disease, except this was much better. He felt the playful pull and ran after Oak to the churning water, he loved swimming though he’d never liked how cold it was, but it was tolerable now, and he could enjoy it after a while, and he slowed a little, as he got near the tide, and let the water pull at him before he jumped entirely in. He laughed loving the smell of the salt on his fur, just not in his mouth or eyes!

He didn’t go out too far because he knew it would make the adults worry, even if they weren’t anywhere near them, he hated having someone worry over him, but he could feel the ocean calling him to move further and further into sea, but he knew better. He liked land a little more than living in the water.
