With the sudden sweeping dizziness, the sable-shaded woman did not quite know what to do. She leaned her head against her knee, ears sweeping back to press firmly into the thick fur of her mane and hair. Long moments passed and the woman did not look up, even as the vague sounds of movement came from all around her. Eris assumed, of course, that this was merely the movement of the rabbits—she did not consider that perhaps another canine would have happened across her. With a loud thud nearby, however, she was finally drawn back into the world, a dull confusion reflecting in her yellow-green eyes. She saw the corpses of the rabbits and followed along the ground to the man's feet, her eyes sweeping up and over the pale-furred man. He was spattered with various colors, most of the shades dulled and muted.

Without a word, he set to work on adding more decor to himself. At this, the sable-shaded canine took it upon herself to reach out for one of the rabbits, drawing it close to herself. Her teeth tore into the flesh and pulled it away, eating noisily and messily. She was too hungry to care much about manners and politeness, and it was only after several bites that the female looked up at the other canine once more, greenish eyes studying him. “Thanks,” she said, voice obscured by a mouthful of meat. She did not so much as flinch as the crunch of the skull was heard, and instead watched with fascination as the man began to paint himself with the brains of the rabbit. “Does it help you see?” the woman asked. She wasn't any stranger to using the power of a lesser creature to enhance her own vision.
