Sanuye was just heading to the village after a bit of a rough night. The nights were getting colder and she didn’t have anything to protect her from the chill. All she had were the skins for laying on. Perhaps the next time she had a successful catch she would be able to skin the prey for some blankets. This was of course assuming she would be able to get a kill. The coyote knew that the winter season was coming and that prey would not be as easy to find as normal. She hoped that soon enough she would be able to learn how to hunt from someone better. Perhaps if the hybrid was lucky, she would meet up with Nayati and he would be able to teacher again. She knew that he had already thought her once but it was just her dumb luck that she couldn’t catch anything.

Sanuye left the comfort of her home and began to head down to the village for her duties. She would be needed now more than ever seeing as warmth of a fire would please anyone on a winter day. Once she arrived, she moved over to sit by the fire, just in case it needed tending during whatever was going on. She wondered if something was going on. The coyote noticed Dawali and she was glad to see him again. It had been a while and yet he still looked so stunning as ever. The hybrid shook her head to get the thought out of her head and focused on the matter at hand.

Sanuye watched some of the other members float in, most of which she didn’t know. She smiled as she crossed her legs and adjusted her hair. She wanted to look nice for whatever was going on. Once everyone was here, she listened to the chief’s announcement. The hybrid couldn’t help but clap in congradulations on the successful hunt. She wondered if she would be able to go on a pack hunt sometime.
