ooc;; sorry for the wait dear!

He knew his words had hit their mark the moment they had left his mouth. The growl that had appeared to be building in the other mans throat came forth and Teddy gave a twisted smile at the sound. He knew that there wasnt a lot of fight in the dark male in front of him, but there just about enough for him to retaliate for the obvious bait Teddy had laid down. He didnt say anything however and Teddy was surprised the male had not tried to throw his assumption back in his face. It was what usually happened- you're lieing, you don't know her, you haven't touched her. But it was quite obvious that Teddy did know Naniko- the scent on his fur told the other male all he needed to know. There really was nothing to say at all.

Teddy's snap to the male's face had been unsuccessful, but the man had known it would be. No one in their right mind would leave their face out there with fangs coming towards them. However, it had the desired effect and the man let go of the bottle. Teddy spun and placed the bottle on the floor a few yards away, ready for an after fight celebration. Adrenaline was pumping through his veins thick and heavy and as he turned back to the male, blue eyes saw ivories make a beeline for his throat. It was a grave mistake, but Teddy was prepared to forgive, for he was also a generous man.

"Come now- surely you will not go for my throat whith your own head unprotected?"

For a moment he sounded just like his father before the mans teeth caught a bit of his skin. Teddy pulled away before he could get any hold on his throat, but the moving motion had torn a small knick in the mans skin. A snarl lifted his lips to expose his teeth, blue eyes on fire as he moved with the momentum of pulling his body back to avoid being choked to death. Hands came up in a clenched fist to hopefully connect with the mans jaw. He didnt stop to see if his punch had hit its mark. Teeth came forward to snap at the mans shoulder. Teddy didnt know if he managed to bite him, but he damn well hoped he had. If his punch had hit the man he would certainly have been off balance and maybe not able to move away from Teddy's aim at his shoulder. Whatever the outcome, Teddy hoped he had caused the drunken man some damage.
