It was important, at least it was in Jazper's mind, that Denali be as careful as possible around the pups. These were three little beings that would grow and have their own little ones and continue on the Knight family. In his mind his family, and his future, had to be cared for with the most thoughtful of touches, never to be brought harm. It brought him pride and joy to watch the three little furry creatures squirming around. Upon Denali jumping on the bed the three little pups started squeaking. They hadn't been exposed to many different wolves, since they were born it had only been himself and their mother. Still, their noises brought Jazper to his fullest attention, even giving the warrior's heart a bit of adrenaline. He would always worry about the little ones, even when they were old and had their own families.

“They aren't scared.” The ebony Knight chuckled slightly as he corrected Denali. Obviously the boy hadn't been around pups ever. “Did you not have any siblings?” He questioned curiously. It was highly unusual for a pup to be born singularly, in cases of an only pup like Jazper had been it was only the fact that the others were still born or had died for one reason or another. Lucky for him he had found a family to take care of him until he was old enough to take care of himself. “Their eyes don't open for a few weeks yet.” He told the brown hued boy in a calm tone, not wanting to alert his sons and daughter. “All pups start off with their eyes closed. Even you.” These were just facts of wolf life that sometimes had to be taught as the lesson popped up. Every pup had to learn things like this eventually.
