Blows are glancing
Tala was confused, and if she had to use just one word to describe what was running through her mind it would be absolutely bewildered. The reasons Noah was down here had been unknown to him, and all of a sudden he was wagging his tail like a pup and nudging over the crimson blanket. Tala's amber eyes blinked several times, mouth agape slightly. She smiled briefly, realizing he was offering whatever was inside to her. A gift, no matter what the sort, was rude to refuse. Though it took her a moment to think enough to actually let her head fall towards the blanket, she took in the scent, but it was nothing she recognized. Scents of metal and old glass. Giving the silver male a questioning look Tala used her nose to push the tucked fabric away. It wasn't until the small hand held mirror was revealed that Tala looked back up at Noah, a perplexed, yet amazed look on her face. Though it was broken and had pieces of mirror missing from it, the intricate detailing and relatively well up kept metal seemed to distract the eye from its faults. "Noah, this is very pretty." The dappled female smiled kindly and appreciatively to him. Though as to why he was sharing this item with her, she had not the slightest clue. Dipping her head to him and curling her paw towards her other in a sort of curtsy to show thanks and respect for the male. "I must ask why though?I didn't exactly do anything to deserve this, Noah." She had not been given a gift like this since she was a put, and it had just been a blanket her mother had made for her out of fabric she found in an abandoned home.

Tala would have wagged her tail if she could have, though she was restricted to moving her hinds in a sort of wag that moved more of her entire backside than just her stub of a tail. Though the movement was not the exact same, the meaning could not be more exact. She was amazed, how she had found such a great friend here. He was one of the first she would call an actual friend and not just a pack mate. She would also call Xeris a friend at this point. The white female however had nothing to do with this moment. The female waited for an answer of some point, more expecting to read his eyes than comprehend words. Noah seemed to prefer it that way, and Tala could read him almost like a book.
