After Siobhan had left him, Haven was not sure he could believe in love any more, at least not the romantic sort of love that he had always dreamed of. The love that had held his two mothers together had withered and died, and if he ever cared to look further back he would fine the same true of his mother and father. Haven had been at his lowest point when he had wandered into the city that day looking to crawl into the bottle. Princess and what had happened between them that night had been as unexpected as could be. The Aatte hadn't thought that he would ever love anyone again, much less so soon. Somehow that mistake had lead to the greatest thing in his life. Haven would never take her for granted.

After their initial joining, the man needed a moment to catch his breath and to gain some modicum of control over himself. He nearly felt that he could burst right then and there, but Haven had no intention of letting this end so quickly. Just as he felt he might be able to proceed, his lover again took the initiative. Jades popped open to look up at her, watching as she moved so sensuously slow on top of him. His grip on her hips became slack, giving the reins back to her. One hand roved up her side to play with her breasts once more. This was a position they had never taken before, and Haven had to say, he was enjoying it immensely. The perspective simply could not be rivaled.
