Though the silence between them wasnt long, Teddy knew it wasnt uncomfortable. They were both warriors, even if Liev had chosen the path of animal caring. Of course, the Marbas didnt think any less of the man- he had probably had enough to bloodshed for now and they needed someone to look after their animals anyway. But deep down, the calm grey man was a warrior. Teddy wondered for a moment about what Liev had told him about alchemy- about the wind that had tugged him from his home land and made him come all the way here. It was an odd story certainly, but Teddy wasnt one to question. Impulsivity was something he lived by and to stop and question the world around him wasnt his style.

There was no comment on the weather once more but the rumble of thunder brought his attention back to the fact that it was probably going to chuck it down some time soon. Of course, Liev had finally spotted the penguin out to sea. Neither said anything for a moment and Teddy wondered what on earth was happening to him. He felt like he was going soft, weakening. That was certainly not what he wanted. He was a warrior, a born and raised killer and sitting here staring at dead penguins out to sea was certainly something his father would have ripped into him about. Liev spoke then and Teddy turned back to the grey man.

"I have no idea... maybe its not a cold penguin? Some of them live in warmer environments..."

Teddy offered with a shrug of his shoulders. He was still in his Lupus form but had decided to stay there- his father always started their training in lupus and it was what felt natural to him when he felt like his life was otherwise all over the place. A grunt was given as the sky cracked against and a fat raindrop splashed on his cheek. Liev would need to put away his map soon, else it would be ruined. And there he went again, worrying about someone other than himself. He growled, jumping down off the rock. He was beginning to irritate himself and he didnt exactly fancy going soft right now. Fixing Liev with a stare Teddy motioned once towards the sea.

"Fancy a swim?"

The sea was wild with the threat of the upcoming storm. It would be dangerous to go swimming right now, and that danger sent trills of adrenaline coursing through his veins. Perhaps they could go and retreive the dead penguin, if they were so inclined.
