ooc: I'm here. Optime form. +5

Mars had felt like there had been something in the universe that was disturbed. Something was coming, and the instinct to hide had become rather great in the quiet man. He didn't like the anxiousness that had been going through his body almost constantly now simply because of the feeling that there was something dangerous around. He'd been sitting in his shop all day, finding some extra wood in his shop to put over some of the windows, mostly the ones downstairs since Mars didn't plan on being upstairs for awhile. He even moved his guitar downstairs and he also brought his clothing, and his blankets and pillows downstairs. Why he felt so safer down here rather than the upstairs would be because of the positioning of a tree over his house. Mars had looked hard at the tree for some time the other night, noticing that it was a young one, but he still was worried about it. He also figured that it might not do much to his shop if it fell over, but he still was cautious and he had found his shit and himself downstairs.

The first howl had been too far off for Mars to hear it, the gusting winds too heavy to actually carry the sound too far. The man had been wrapped up in his jacket and then a nice pelt blanket he had, skinned from an elk from before he had made it to Nova Scotia. Mars worried about his companions, Axel and Vox for a brief moment, but figured that the stables would be safe enough for them to be in. Mars sneezed all of a sudden, and to recover, he'd shake his head roughly. He'd sit there, snuggled in a ball in the corner of his shop (staying away from all of the windows) for about thirty minutes until another howl would be carried on the wind, urgent and calling for all of the pack, including him. The man would hesitate, only if to be warm for a few extra moments before he'd have to get up to let them know that Mars was still alive. The man slowly got up and kept his pelt wrapped around his leather coated shoulders. The jacket plus the pelt kept him extra warm and he was missing it the moment he got up, his stomach being the prime spot where he would feel the coldness. He walked out of his shop, again, slowly, and the wind blew hard against him. He shivered noticeably, and ended up crouching down and wrapping himself all up in the pelt for a moment on his front porch before he realized that he needed to go to his Alpha's call. He didn't want to though. He almost wished he could just let them think he was dead. He sighed before he had sucked it up yet again and he made his way to the house where the call would have come from.

When he arrived, there were only two wolves, both of whom he didn't know. One was an Alpha, the other, he didn't know at all. Mars' mismatched ears fell back on his head lightly as he approached. I don't think that I've met either of you...My name is Mars Russo. the man spoke to the man and the woman, giving each of them a slight bow of his head. This storm is killer... the man quietly spoke..
