Hey there! Secondary character permissions occur automatically once you've accumulated six weeks of play time AND forty-five posts with your first character. :3 You can also request an early evaluation for secondary permissions if you've been very active. I apologize, but you'll have to wait a bit until you bring this guy in! In the meantime, you can play Xerxes in the LASKY forum, if you'd like -- in that forum, we allow for "test driving" of characters that aren't officially joined into the game yet.
