He was surprised to find that Addi had ended up trailing after him. He smiled down at her as he felt her presence as his side and her arm about his waist. He didn't even know how to begin to define their relationship. At least nothing apart from the fact that they were friends. And at one point she had been carrying his pups til they were lost. "Get bored in the den and tired of being alone?" He questioned her in a whisper. For all he knew she hadn't really wanted to be here. He had been fine with just bringing information back to her.

He nodded his head as Mars looked back at his and spoke to him. He didn't know of any pups in the pack. But if they all had been murdered then that was a good reason to not realize that there were any. Even his own hadn't survived. Though when Mars continued to speak but not to him but to Addi instead he found himself surprised again. He had no idea they knew each other, let alone who Axel was. He simply figured that Axel was a child shared between the two of them. Perhaps that is why Addi hadn't desperately grieved the loss of their pups, she still had one living somewhere.

He focused on Shaw as the male spoke. So he isn't watching over his own children closely enough to allow them to be killed and then not protecting the pack he was leading by allowing others to be killed as well. He would have thought that a father would always be there for their pups and never allow anything to happen to them. But apparently those in this area didn't have the same convictions of loyalty as had been instilled within the cult. And since he allowed his own children as well as other's children to be disposed of he expected them to believe he could lead and protect the pack as well. And on top of it all it turned out to be a member of the pack? These leaders really didn't do their job, allowing murderers to waltz in and live among them. Then want to blame the pack as being infiltrated, trying to play off as an outside force having crept in when they had allowed them with open arms. Really nice vouch of confidence for the leadership here to be able to protect and lead their own. Though at least time he hadn't asked for opinions nor did he offer much in the way of real hope either. No, this person was found and won't return. Just a hide out and make sure others stay hidden.

And who else was isolated besides Addi and himself? No one ever came out to them. He didn't really expect it to start happening now.He took care of Addi and himself. Perhaps not enough since Addi had still managed to miscarry but he had done what he could. He had been around for her the entire time that she had been staying in his den. He made sure that she stayed resting while he brought in food and took care of everything. He had even gotten in a discussion with Shaw about taking double duties so that Addi had absolutely nothing to worry about. So hat she didn't have to stress over what Shaw wanted her to do in her condition. And he was already disappointed that she had walked so far in her condition. He had done what he could to keep his unborn children safe, had warned Shaw of him expecting her to stress and work would cause. And it had came to pass. While he had lost his own the cause could be slated as natural. But to admit to everyone that your child was murdered while you stand before them? There was no cause or reason for that. Shaw should have been dead if his child was dead. How did he expect anyone to put faith into him if he didn't care enough for his own pups to be there for them always and put his own life before theirs? It didn't make sense at all to Ouija.

Apparently he wasn't the only one with such turmoil on his mind. He wasn't alone in his thoughts. Someone else hadn't been placated by such hollow words. Another wasn't happy with empty promises of going to do something rather than having already done something. But while they shared the same mindset Ouija kept his composure where the other had not. Then again Ouija believed that any who didn't protect their family with their life would get what was coming to them. So without considering how it might come across to everyone else Ouija reached out to wrap his arms around Mars's waist to hug him close. The man was heated and he wasn't certain just what he was capable of but Ouija was holding onto him so that he wouldn't risk trying something really stupid. He didn't want Mars to go on the attack and be named the murderer. That wasn't something he could believe of the passionately speaking man.

"Actually it wouldn't make much sense for them to continue to attack members. A big impact wouldn't be made that way. It is great for getting things started to stir up trouble and get everyone on edge. If whomever it was wanted to do real damage they would go after the leaders and take them out. Without someone to lead and guide things would erupt into total chaos. Everyone would distrust another and start to throw blame around. Quite simply if a riot is what was wanted then you take out those at the top and leave a place without anyone in power to calm anyone down. Dynamics are that you listen to the leader and give them your respect. It is not so for fellow members. You sit on the same level as your fellow member so why should one listen to one of the exact same rank over another?" That was what had happened in the cult. The fall out had happened only after the tribunal had been killed. It was then that blame was casually tossed around. It was also then that he had left. anyone could volunteer to step up and lead but it wouldn't have been the same. Everyone would be fighting for the same spots and just make more of a mess. So if whoever was doing this wasn't just out for sport then it was really Shaw and Skye that needed to worry rather than the rest of the pack.
