Ever laughed quietly at Ezra’s sudden reaction to Saphraine.

“He is a big boy,”

She said gently, moving her hand back and forth against his golden neck and under his silky white mane. Ocean hued eyes softened at her mate’s appearance. His optime form always made her go weak at the knees even though she had to look up to meet his eye. He was beautiful inside out, in every form, but this was the most familiar to her. Without this ability there were many things they couldn’t share.

Ever reached out and took the hand he timidly removed after the golden stallion had stamped at the attention. She glanced down at the size difference in the fingers before lacing them together and wandering over to the shelves. A few things were out of place and noticed immediately by the experienced gaze of the girl. She moved some things around before taking out a bucket. It was one of the newer ones, the purple plastic color showing brightly.

It was unfortunate the couple couldn’t just hop on and ride immediately, but Saphraine could easily get used to her mate during grooming. The girl took the man’s hand and folded it onto a brush before stroking it over the stallion’s fur. He instantly dropped his head and raised his hoof in a sign of relaxation. She patted her hand on his quickly before taking of brush of her own and starting on the horse’s tail.
