Time for reflection

I'm not sure what time of day it is in the thread, but maybe we can assume it's in the evening hours to make Helios falling into the tent a little more realistic? XD And since you've backdated this, I'll go ahead and backdate Helios to where he's exploring the area and hasn't yet reached Anathema.

Helios D'Angelo had been nothing more than fur and bone from his ventures as a lone wolf. It had been many, many moons since he was last part of a successful pack hunt. It had been many days and weeks since he last interacted with a fully functional pack and rank structure. Helios was his own soldier, his only liability as a rogue. His wanderings had been aimless for the longest time up until the faded scent of his mother turned up on deadened bark of the Eastern lands. It appeared to be a Great Fire swept through the area, engulfing what was left in its path. For some reason, the scent upon the eroded bark lingered after the inferno. It was a scent Helios could never forget, never in a hundred years. He had never really interacted with Kaelyn, his mother, but somewhere in his subconscious his instinct knew it had been her scent, and she had been here before.

The dark D'Angelo ventured westbound, intent on a mission to find answers as to what happened to the area consumed by flames. Most importantly, to find answers to the whereabouts of his sister, Selene, and why his mother's scent was there in the first place. Selene's scent didn't miraculously appear like Kaelyn's did, but something told him he was finally on the right path to something much bigger than he could imagine. With the leaves crunching beneath his boots, Helios marched forth. There was no particular path the dark Luperci followed; all he knew was to venture as far bound West as he could until he ran into some sort of civilization that knew about the area well.

Paying no mind to the ambience of the forest and its beauty with the five senses, all of that was irrelevant to him on his conquest. All his senses could be thinking about was the scent of Kaelyn, his nose still trying to capture her faded essence. Since Helios paid no mind to the scenery before and around him (and his mind racing with the puzzlement of stumbling upon Kaelyn's scent out in these parts), it would be a given he wouldn't pay mind to the tent he suddenly barged into. Nearly tripping over his own boots, Helios strode right into the makeshift tent; the shock of running into an object he clearly didn't pay attention to in his path making him fall right into the structure altogether, possibly landing upon the inhabitant that was within. "Shit!" Helios cursed, stumbling and falling right upon the structure.
