Mewing, the purring motor grew louder and she pressed her head to the white male's arm. The dark murky brown, almost gray, fur of the she cat was silky and warm. "So a writer, huh? Like poems and stuff or novels?" Her eyes were spiked in interest. Tal seemed like a great guy, but Mya's mom had been fooled by a man who was nice on the outside. Then her father had left once he knocked her mom up without a single attempt at finding the tiny family ever. Who was the real Tal?
