Again the word love came into play, and still the woman did not fully understand it's meaning. She hadn't even taken a step away from the small family before the pup came bounding for her, whining for her continued affections. Her leg became a begging pole for the child to climb and weep for the Nomad's attention, claiming she loved the woman and wanted her to remain. An ear twitch uncomfortably, more so for the word than want was asked of her.
Not far behind her wants were those of Shiloh and Kiara, infusing their own desires into the child's request attempting to bait her say with them. X'yrin was genuinely at a lost; pained by the bothersome sensation that seemed to swell each time she saw the mother and child together, and withheld from her own wants to conceal the expressions sure to give her away. Yet, her expression grew torn as she looked at the whining child, hanging carefully from her caretaker's maw, still peering up at her with begging eyes. How much longer could she bare to stare that those pleading orbs before their desired affect took hold?
Not long at all, as the woman finally relinquished her selfish wants and crouched down to be eye level with the child. There was a faint smile upon her lips, one drenched with uncertainty but no longer held the pain of concealed jealousy. “Rin will stay for Sarian,” she woman sighed softly, reaching out to take the little to her arms. “But perhaps if your mothers are willing, they could have a break if Sarian came with Rin.” She tilted her head thoughtfully. “Would you like that, Sarian? You would even get to meet another friend of Rin’s.” Her thoughts trailed briefly to her ompre, no doubt still lingering around her den. Or was it theirs, now? Her amber gaze flickered from one older female to the other, gazing their reaction toward her suggestion.
