Amy watched him examine the horse dispassionately. She knew it was a good horse, as Amy refused to accept anything of poor quality. She'd learned some things about distinguishing good horses from bad horses last time she'd made such a purchase, and had applied that to make sure she was getting a fair deal. Amy had even brought in an individual consultant to confirm the value of them, and they'd ended up removing two horses that had shown the first signs of deformities in the hooves, saving her from a loss. She smiled quietly as he affirmed that the horse was indeed as good as she'd thought. It was one of the horses Amy had picked out herself without help, though it had taken her the better part of an hour to do so.
