Beating the Master at their Own Game

OOC

Outside the tent Terra caught eyes with a handsome coyote. So rare to find another of her kind Terra had drifted towards him. Falling perfectly in line with the stereotype he was crude, though there was an underlying intelligence that guided his movements. It became a game, stepping between them, fencing with words. By the time Caspa followed her out of the tent Terra had straddled the male coyote, whispering false secrets into his ear.

Looking up Terra smiled. She slid off the coyote's body and walked toward her friend, tail swaying happily. One look at her friend's face told her what had happened once she left. Don't worry. He's not very good. Very vague, and definitely a master of words. He can't see the future though. Especially if he can't sense what's wrong with him. Terra was completely unaware that that fact was something only those especially in tune with their instincts could pick up. To her it was as obvious as a lie.
