Temo smiled as his daughter started to help him stack the fire wood. It warmed his heart to see his children grow into loving, caring and hard working members of the pack. A moment of sadness went through him as he wondered if his parents thought him a failure as he did not really fit into his birth pack and eventually left. They have no idea what life he leads now and for all they know, he could have met his death during his travels.
An eye kept on Dalgina as he worked, Temo could tell that she was still not feeling well and that it did bother her a little to work. One of the things he was learning as a parent was when to be a parent and when to step back and let his young learn by doing and by making mistakes and when it is time for him to step in and be a parent.
It was difficult learning how to be a good parent, he made mistakes all the time but he hoped that with Jace's help along with others in the pack that in the end, everything will balance out and his children will grow into good and caring adults. Temo continued stacking the wood while keeping an eye on his daughter and pondered over his next project.
