It was time to head back to the pack. Her trading had been completed, now she was ready to return home with the information and supplies she had gathered to rest in the pack for a short time before heading back out. Luckily she'd managed to keep Raoth from getting too attached to Selene, so he was still viable for being sold. Having a slave that was specifically designed to attach to one canine for life was difficult, but it was the only way Amy could train him as a bodyguard without having to worry about him taking the skills he had learned to kill those above him.
Glancing behind her Amy made sure that the two slaves were behaving themselves, not jumping at each other's throats. Raoth had long since given up on trying to kill Dhiate, luckily, but he still harassed him on occasion, hating what Dhiate did and the feelings it invoked in him. Raoth was out cold, exhausted from the game she'd decided that she'd wanted to play, fresh bandaging on his body. Good. Turning back to face forwards Amy continued on.
