Adelle felt herself moved around, teeth remaining clamped firm in the shift. Once she had her teeth in there was no way that she was giving this up. Laughter rose up, and Adelle growled, lost in her fantasy. The voice declared her a winner, and Adelle returned to the mud puddle. She released her grip, tail wagging brightly. Told that they needed to wash up was met by the pup scurrying away from Isa as fast as she could, only to be grabbed and scooped up by Isa.
Adelle was dropped into the cold water, shivering. Isa worked on cleaning the mud off her body, but Adelle was smarter than that. The water was cold. She stepped out of the water that lapped around her legs, and sat to watch, feeling no need to do anything that would make her chilly. She barked in protest as Isa shook, dancing back as the cold water hit her. Frowning she looked up, hoping that the wolf was done with that.
