Ayasha is pretty well in-tune with her body and would know something was going on, though she would likely not know it was due to pregnancy. But she and Liam are working on getting pregnant. So I'll assume that by now she knows that something is up and show in another few weeks. She's having two surviving pups and one stillborn. Plus, she's kinda small and light. Thanks Sie
