She felt bad for needing to rely on someone. Always since she`d left her birth pack behind the only one Terra had ever needed was herself. That wasn`t to say she didn`t like being part of a pack. Terra fully enjoyed the protection from things that would kill and eat someone as small as her, and loved being with others. She craved the social interaction a pack gave her. Terra on a whole had been rather self sufficient though, getting her own food and solving her own problems. Until this last one.
The small den came into view, and Terra slipped herself inside. It was a good place for her, out of the way and still close enough that she could get help if needed without drawing too much attention. Smiling she turned around, curling up inside. Thanks. She looked around the empty den, wondering if there was anything she could offer to Trent. Terra wanted to sleep, but her desire to not appear weak kept her from doing so, even when he knew that she was injured.
