It seemed his injury wasn't nearly as bad as she had thought it was. He shifted with no problems to his other form, no expressions of pain. Perhaps it was just a graze along there, and he'd been playing up his weakness. She would see in a moment how true that was. As soon as he indicated towards his injury, asking her to move slower, Amy knew the truth. Smiling sweetly she nodded her head. Of course. I don't want your injury to get worse.
Amy traveled further through the caves, moving towards the crystal caverns. An interesting section, one she'd never entered. The mapping wasn't complete there, a dark place where one could get hopelessly lost. The stones were very sharp as well, dangerously so. Death and beauty, hidden away. Exactly the kind of place she loved. Amy made sure to keep to a slow pace, occasionally stepping back to nudge at him occasionally, eyes sympathetic. Moving purely based on what she had memorized Amy paused. This is the crystal caverns. Very dangerous area. A single misstep will take you to your death.
Stepping away from him Amy let him take in the information. Rubbing herself into the dirt Amy let her scent become more difficult to track. Putting on a burst of speed she turned and ran back out, returning to the light of the caves and leaving the new member behind to figure out why she had done what she had.
