He grinned into her fur as she came with the same idea that had been floating about in his head. He had gotten further on the details, but he would probably not follow it up, because they both had crossed the line already, and what the dark whispering voice told him was too far off. Maybe if he had been alone and Firefly had been far, far away, but that was not the case. He dug his muzzle into her fur and pressed his lips against her skin as best he could, and forced the air out of his lungs, creating a farting noise as it collided with Firefly’s skin and escaped through the corner of his mouth. The canine face was not designed to do such tricks half as well as the human one, but he managed halfway to pull it off.

Good idea. He withdrew his face from her silky fur and backed off a step, able to lay eyes on her once again. He turned away from her and went to the corpse. Urk, all that blood, that’s going to leave a stain, my dear. He tilted his head and eyed her. I can do it later, if you'd like. He pushed the coyote over on its belly and made the dead eyes look away for now. Are you okay?
