The stick was tossed away, leaving them on equal grounds. It was her against him, and Adelle wouldn't be failing to fight against him with everything she had. She had training, if not as much as someone who had lived longer. She knew instinctively how to battle. Frowning she tried to take in the advice, but it was difficult when she was spoiling for the fight. Adelle longed to hit him, for the sparks to fly between them in battle. Adelle hadn't lost her temper. She'd simply struck wrong. She wouldn't let her temper carry her away.


Adelle turned, refusing to let Aro leave her line of sight. Lips pulled back, revealing sharp fangs. Her tail swished behind her before stiffening, pulling close so that it couldn't be grabbed. Clumsily she leaped forwards, hands striking for his chest. She wasn't going to go down so easily, especially once they were both weaponless. Adelle could face him on these grounds. She could take him down. She hadn't spent all that time training for nothing.
