Originally she had been doing something, she had been examining her leather sheaths for sign of wear and tear as well as her sets of knives and the other crude weapons that she had ownage of. Slowly though slight feelings of nausea began to creep upon her and unsettle her stomach and a familiar tiredness settled into her bones, the children she nurtured were draining her strength to feed themselves. She could have eaten something but the nausea made her unwilling to consume food, just thinking of its smell made her feel sick so instead she laid down on her and Temo's soft bed of blankets and skins, trying to rest herself.
Eventually she did drift off to sleep, looking small and almost fragile in her dozing state, only the scars upon her body telling of her life as a warrior. The sharp lines of her face softening out and the sometimes all too apparent harshness in her eyes hidden away by brown eyelids. The woman fell deeper into her dreams, hearing strange melodies that drifted through her mind, unknowing that it was caused by Temo and his experimentation. When she came back to herself, lids popping open she was confused momentarily and didn't recognise the room around her. where was she? Without even pausing to hesitate she called out to the only source of truth and comfort she had, her voice even wobbling a bit,
'Temo?'
