Palaydrian loved to hear Jiva’s laugh, even if it was at her own expense. In this case, her ravenous appetite brought mirth from her mate and made her cringe with embarrassment at first, but eventually relaxed further into his arms. She was happy he didn’t choke, and allowed herself to laugh softly against his fur. He may have felt stupid, but she had been slightly mortified, happy now that the occasion had passed and perfectly at ease with her nose in the crook of his neck. She felt him moving against her and soon the wet of his nose was felt at the corner of her lip. Drin smiled flirtatiously, this small act of intimacy making her heart race as his hands moved to her shoulder.
Seal point ears perked forward at his words as her shoulder burned in the tracings of a heart he drew against her flesh. Her lips parted to let out a low breath as her eyes closed to savor his touch. Though the action was far from sexual, the tenderness of it aroused the woman in ways she imagined only Jiva could manifest in her. The angel felt another change in him and didn’t allow herself to linger in her fantasy any longer, her bi colored eyes opened to focus on what had caught the man’s attention, following his pointed hand.
While her attention was stolen away by the dazzling orbs in the meadow, her grin only increased as Jiva whispered the words she had been wanting to hear all day and his lips pressed against her cheek. This moment was so perfect, it needed to last forever. The woman scooted across the grass and situated herself between Jiva’s legs so she could sit with her back against his chest and enjoy the show she now knew that he had meant earlier. They’re lovely, she sighed, sitting back to melt into him. She couldn’t remember the last time she had taken the time to just watch the world around her come alive. Fireflies had always been one of her favorite things about the summer, this was a gift in itself.
