Of all the topics for the young one to inquire on, she would ask of the one profession that related arguably to those who had harmed her. Though they were not honored no revered in their actions, they shared the same methods in their skill. The use of weapons be them tools of their own claws and fangs. They utilized harnessed strength to cause damage, or in the Nomad’s case defend. How to define the differences to a mind still frazzled would prove quite difficult. Perhaps it was better left untouched for now… but doing so would only hint there was something to hide. It surely was not the case, but could a bothered mind tell the difference? Helplessly, the she-wolf looked to her partner, sharing with him a weary smile before braving her attempt.

“Warriors are ones that use their strength to attack or defend others,” carefully, she tried to explain. “Their skills vary based on what they can do by the most effective means. They are often very strong, like Jaden and myself… but a true warrior follows a code either set by themselves or a group or family they are a part of.” She gestured with a paw toward herself then her dark companion. “Jaden and I are not warriors that seek to harm others, but we are ones that will defend our loved ones at all costs.” Looking to the young female, she smiled, again lowering her muzzle to be level with hers. “We are protectors, Sira. Of the other kinds of warriors in this world, this is what we are…and you needn’t ever be fearful that harm will come to you.”
