She wasn't sure if she was ready for winter. She had spent most of the late half of summer, and part of Autumn, preparing blankets of furs and other warm materials for their den. She had dragged countless blankets back from the city, even going so far as to take some of the pillows too! Her children this winter would sleep with style and comfort, she had made sure of that. She was taking a stroll around the packlands, avoiding the borders as Lucifer was bound to be watching them anyways - a thought that brought a smile to her face- when she spotted her son up against a tree. Coming to his side, her eyes fell to his hands where a beautifully carved deer was dancing, and she easily made out the details to it. She beamed at him, her hands clasped together as if to ensure she didnt touch the figurine. "It's beautiful Endy!" She exclaimed excitedly, eyes turning from the deer to him. "Where in the world did you learn to do that?" She had never worked with carvings before, and the thought excited her. At least on of her children had taken after her, artistic, creative.
