Torn Family, Broken Heart, Fractured Mind

Dalgina nodded, fighting back the overwhelming feelings inside. Papa needed a lot of things, and she couldn't give it to him. She wasn't an adult, ready to face the world. She wasn't a pup either, to be sheltered from the bad things that were out there. Dalgina was facing this one step at a time, and maybe the nightmares would stop one day. A bath would probably clean it a lot better. How would she even get him to one when he was as weak as he was?

Swiftly she moved, her tiny body supporting the larger wolf as they moved over to a chair. There was so much dust everywhere, the young female unable to hold back a sneeze. Sheepishly she glanced at him, hoping that he didn't think badly of her for giving in to that weakness. Leaving him there chewing on the food Dalgina refilled the water. This time she got a much bigger container, heaving a bucket in. Placing it down she refilled a cup for him to drink through, so he'd be able to hydrate.

This wasn't so bad. Dalgina thought she was getting the hang of this. Glancing at Papa she shook her head. Right, a bath. She searched the workshop until she found something that was half finished. Perhaps it was part of a shed or something, but it could hold water, and that's what mattered. Running out Dalgina began to fill the object, thinking that if she got enough in there he could take a bath and clean up. Her arms ached by the time there was enough, shaking a little from the effort. You can have a bath now.
