He noted the female's name in his head, even though he said that she was no longer in these lands. He traveled many places. The chance of him running across her at some time or another was greater than it was with some. He also made note of this Haku character, who apparently must still be around. The unsaid message in the male's tone was loud and clear to Onus. "From what you say he deserves no less." That was fine. As long as justice was served by someone, it didn't matter much to him who it was. He just hoped that the clansman would make good on his vow. There was little doubt that he wouldn't at least try.

Was there supposed to be a threat in that sentence? The trench-coated man couldn't quite tell. Either way he wasn't intimidated. If someone or some people really wanted to be left alone, they were living in the wrong world. Even the solitary coyote couldn't avoid everyone. Still, it wasn't clear if these wolves had provoked the clan in some way or if they had just been hapless travelers that had been killed for no reason. His suspicions for this hybrid were growing. "Aim? Want to know who the guilt party was. Them..." he said, head turning to face the skull closest to him. "or you." While his head was still facing the skull, his eyes were focused on the man.
