Orion had heard of Naniko before, he knew that Naniko was a high ranking officer in the pack. If this pup truely was related to Naniko it would be easy to check and see, if necessary Orion could ask Savina. Trying to sound authoritative Orion spoke "I came from another pack a long ways away, I'm new to Crimson Dreams but I do know of Naniko. I can take you to the border, but if you wish to speak with anyone in the pack I can lead you to the Manor."
The warm spring air had lifted Orion's mood, he wanted to be helpful to the pup but also make sure he did not let his guard down.
