Hehe... was she going to tell him about Iskata in this thread?

Caring for Savina and the puppies was more than a duty of his - in fact, he didn't even really see it that way. It was too automatic, too rewarding. He honestly could care less about most anything else. Even that his mother and siblings had drifted away from him didn't hurt as much anymore as it once had. Savina and their children was the most important things to him, and though he'd never expected to have a family this soon, Kansas was sure wouldn't have traded it for anything else. "You're welcome."

Kansas felt his heart flutter as his daughter burried her face in his chest. "Hey sweetie," he returned, offering a thumb for her to gnaw on. So Amata was going to be the fiesty one. Kansas eyed her with more curiosity than anything else. He reached out with his free hand and rubbed her small head, trying not to smile. "Just be careful..." He didn't think they could hurt one another, but they did need to learn how to be relatively civil (eventually). The Sadira smiled at his son as if to comfort him before turning to Savina. "How's your day been?" he asked his pretty raven.
