it should have stayed unreal

We have a hummingbird's nest right above our doorway this season, it stays perched up there, even when we walk in and out of our house constantly. ^^ And, i'm going to ditch my table, just because I guess sentences are somehow getting cut short in some other threads. O_x Word Count: 426

When Slay queried if the spoken German phrase was indeed the word yes in English, Catalyst gave a confirming nod that was eager and quick. For two little words such as those, the two now had a beginner’s mutual connection, as simple phrases such as yes and no could depict many commands, many actions, many meanings. Catalyst was eager for Slay to recite more German words, but that would obviously come with time and patience.
The two toned male noted something about the wings of the fast creature, and whence he said to not repeat some sort of word he said, her fascination turned from the creature onto him again. “Say wha’? Don’ say, wings move s’ damn fast?” In which unfortunately to him, she did in fact repeat that whole statement. The young girl looked puzzled as Slay seemed to be troubled about something, after what he said, or maybe even the creature, she wasn’t sure. Regardless she continued to listen, in which she was able to obtain the name of that strange creature - humming bird. As far as the hum of its wings, it was immensely loud and zooming. ”Yes! They’s loud, soundin’ scaaary!” The fervent zooms that emitted from the hummingbird made Catalyst duck every time it looked to have inched toward them.
Attempting to mimic the hummingbird, Slay made a noise similar to its own, in which Catalyst was surprised to see how he efficiently sounded like the bird (or at least that’s what she thought). Suddenly the bird seemed to have understood him, strange enough, and then began buzzing around his temple rapidly. Gasping, Catalyst jumped back, shocked to see that the hummingbird might attack him, but at the same time it was a real comical scene to see a big burly male frightened by a mere insignificant bird, and so Catalyst erupted into a fit of uncontrollable giggles. As the hummingbird zoomed off after its assault, Catalyst heard what Slay told the bird, and simply repeated it herself to it, in defense of Slay. "Yeah! Stupid unnah’precia’tive BIRD!” She shouted. As Slay composed himself, he then mused about honey (in which he understood her the first time), and also spoke about the possibility of finding honeycombs. Catalyst certainly knew what those were, and so jumped up and down on her paws. ”Yeah! They’s yummy!” She had the pleasure of having a honeycomb not too long ago, and it would certainly be a delightful treat right now to share one with her guardian.
