Tongue lolling between his lips, Jael lunged on all fours, pressing his dark nose into her shoulder before leaping back out of reach, invoking a game of tag between the two youths. Tail lifted high above his back like a banner, fiery eyes glinting with mischief, Jael attempted stay out of range, growling playfully at the child.
