Rue clattered noisily off of her sunning stone perch, bored by the lack of attention from the two herding dogs, and wearied from her energetic antics. She laid down with a thump in the warm sand, long legs folded clumsily around her small body. Her small tail flicked at the sand, stubby ears swiveling about to listen to the gentle swells of the ocean and the rising and falling of the two Luperci voices. It was still a nice day, even without being the center of attention.
