Amaranth stood up and shook her self off. She had been tossed around beaten and bit. She forced herself to back away from him she wanted to get away while she could. Her body ached and she wanted her mother. Where would she find her mother and brother. She had to figure out where they were. She knew they were heading that way so thats where she'd run to.
She looked up at the dark man with blue eyes. "I....I'm going to leave... I swear I'll not return." She said continuing on her backwards walk. She didn't want to return to the awful place not now at least.
