Yes'm! Plz PP if you want this changed? :O <333 548.

There was that lazy confidence of the predator rolling over Kaena now; the knowledge that she had emerged victorious, despite hundreds of years of breeding and slaughter, she and Hybrid had killed their larger cousin, tearing her limb from limb as wolves so loved to do to coyotes. The silver-furred woman licked her lips, still twinged with the faint coppery taste of blood. The rain was beginning to sweep all evidence of this kill beneath the ever-churning earth. The wolf's body would begin to decompose by tomorrow, and perhaps some other woodland creature would stumble upon its corpse and devour its body, finding sustenance from the ruined meat of the corpse. The silver-furred woman turned away from the body without second thought, flicking an ear at Hybrid's comment. It was the truth; no matter what their larger cousins certainly had a distinctive, distasteful odor about them. Whether that was years of predation and competition between the two canids or simply a byproduct of being wolf, the silver-furred hybrid did not know.

The shift came to her slowly, for she was already tired from running up here, exerting herself in battle—well, not really battle. It was more like exerting herself in slaughter; there was no fight in the pale-furred female. The closest she'd come was the thin slice on the silvery Centurion's face, this tiny flesh wound which certainly held little chance of scarring. It didn't even hurt anymore. The coyote woman took pride in this kill despite how easily it had come to them. When she'd regained her optime form, the silver-furred woman picked up the wolf's head, studying the thin connection left, the wide-open hole in the canine's throat. Sticking her clawed foot on the blooded mess of the other canine's chest, she leaned down to slice the rest of the canine's throat away with her sharp claws. It took her a few moments, but when there were only the severed remnants of muscle tissue and the thin, bony white of her very spinal cord showing through the fleshy tattered, the hybrid leaned back and gave a twist, and with a sickening crack the wolf's head separated from her body.

Turning back to the other canine, the hybrid gave another grin, still almost high with the adrenaline and action of the kill. Who needed drugs when you had this? As the pair of of canines trotted back toward Inferni, the hybrid clutched her prize tightly, the wet and furry lump of the wolf's head tucked beneath her elbow, still leaking blood at first. It didn't take Kaena and Hybrid terribly long before they reached the edge of the coyote territory and found a few suitable sticks. The pair selected rather solid, sturdy pieces of wood, seeking pieces that would adequately hold up the pieces of the dead wolf. When they were finished, a severed wolf's head and a pair of wolf's legs dangled from the sticks on the edge of the coyote's border, gruesome reminders for outsiders to stay the hell out. In the coming weeks the head and legs would rot slowly, picked at by birds and predators and robbed of its eyes first, slowly the rest of its skin and flesh until there was nothing left but a skull and a pair of bones.
