And there is came, the smile and the excited words. Mati couldn’t believe it! She had been able to rejoin the mother with child, and she couldn’t wait till she could tell Ares that his mother had been looking for him. In the excitement of it all she could hardly remember what he had said about his mother. Mati as sure that they had been estranged in a way, and since Tokyo was so excited at the thought of seeing him she felt as if they hadn’t been on poor terms. Foolishly Mati began to smile and nodded her head speaking and reassuring the mother that she would certainly tell Ares that she would be visiting.
“Oh, I will.” The feelings that she had for the gray and black male were at times jumbled and confusing but Mati wished to enjoy the reaction she would get when she told him that she had found his mother, and that she was about to visit any day.
The news of Princess was surprising, but then as Mati looked past the pretty dressed picture she held in her mind, she didn’t think it that far fetched. In many ways Mati felt as if the girl was stealing her brother from her, and he was already so far away. Was she capable of stealing other things? Mati did remember Ares concerned with others stealing his things, maybe it was his sister that had made him worry that things would be taken from him. Though the Church woman was not overly excited at the idea that Princess was so close to her and among the Dreamer ranks she forced her smile was stay in place and nodded,
"She’s there too.” Contemplating the mother’s confession once more the young woman merely stated in a thoughtful manner,
“I didn’t know she was a thief.”
