The wolfess sat on the soft bed, her eyes softly watching the woman she shared it with. The younger fey stood at the window, it’s lifted panes allowing the sweet scent of impeding spring, and the caress of a Sun warmed breeze to enter the room. Anu watched her though, the light of the outside world touching the deep Earthen hue of her coat and the soft cream accents of her face and chest. He nose pointed out the window, and Anu followed the soft lines of her form to the half tail that always reminded her of that horrid day. But it was far from here, and Anu let it be in another place, and another lifetime. Her eyes and voice brilliantly filled with life and energy. Anu felt it, their energy passing between them so easily.
She stood, her tail waving at the idea of walking in the Sun beside Coli. Spring was a time of new beginnings, when the world’s turn brought them to a new place entirely. A new live was what Anu had hoped for the once-Dahlian. And with the onset of her favorite season Anu wished to complete their journey, to make their lives theirs and with no fear. ”I’d love to.” Anu answered with a smile on her face. She waited for the female to stand beside her before opening the door that would lead them out into the rest of the Manor. The scents of the pack came to her, and yet she could only focus on the fey beside her. “Soon the garden will need our assistance." She added with a smile, loving the thought of warm weather and budding flowers.
The two did not have to travel far or long to reach the warm light air of the changing season. In a moments time Anu reach for the door handle and opened it for the other female.
