Territory Description: The western-most coast of the Bay of Fundy peninsula should be a flourishing coastal territory filled with life. Such is not the case. The vast majority of its forests are burned out piles of charcoal, the ash which should be nurishing future plantlife poisoning the very soil. It doesn't take much investigation to find the source of the problem: crashed and ripped asunder along the coast are no fewer than three oil-tankers, all with arabic script painted in fading red along their hulls. One of them also has a large hazerdous-materials warning. Clearly, years and years ago, something went very wrong here.
Today, things are finally starting to change. The toxcity of the soil has finally receded to levels where the first hardy plants are beginning to emerge, and the air no longer poises danger to those who stray too far in. For the first time in living memory, the tankers could even be inspected: they could have books, supplies, perhaps even firearms. It's also possible that more of their hazardous cargo remains, sealed inside...
