Whatever it was about him, or perhaps the combination of all of these things, Silas appreciated it. He instantly felt comfortable around the older male, feeling the Vexillarius was almost always in a content mood and never seemed to stray anywhere near becoming cross. There was a lot Silas didn’t know about Razekiel of course, but what he did, Silas enjoyed.

Silas didn’t think that they had talked much of family on their first encounter, but maybe that was what held Razekiel here.
