Just a shorty to wrap this up.

Anann had always been fortunate to heal well. Many scars marred her skin, invisible through her pelt. Whether it was thanks to the fine stitching of her medics or simply the healing ability of her own body it was hard to say. Still, no wound healed immediatly and often aflected the body long after the skin had healed over. It will take time, but I think those should heal up well. The scarred muscle would be a hinderance, at first. The damaged muscles will pull easily and take a bit more stretching. Still, you should beable to get your strength and flexability back. It will take time. She repeated. She knew all too well how easy it was to become impatient with a healing injury. It was easy to push too yourself too hard and do more damage than good.

The castle would wait and Anann was in no immediate need of staff or spear. Sounds good, dont want to get you into trouble with your woman. It surely wouldn't bode well for their sparring lessons if she were to already get Haven into trouble. Haven urged his steed into a canter, Rem quickly matched the speed without a cue from the golden woman perched on his back. There was no way he was going to outpaced by the other.
