<3 Big Grin 500+

The soft spoken male nodded as Bris correctly established that Coli was his sister. It came as a little surprise to hear that Bris had never met the blue eyed half sister of his, but the timeline from his younger days was slightly blurry. Perhaps Coli left before Bris had returned to Dahlia. He shrugged, not putting much importance into it. As far as he knew Coli was living a happy life in Crimson Dreams. ”She’s my older half-sister.” The Anu woman he had met back then had seemed so very in love with Coli’s shy nature, and he hoped his half-sibling had found a life she could live together with that love. Kind souls deserved happy endings, and that was one of the reasons why Conor had decided to stay within close proximity of Alexey Koios. It was because the latte coated woman had wished for it. It had hurt him to be so close to a person he had loved but could not have, but he had done it for her. He wished for those around him to be happy.

He watched the young woman slip her satchel off and place it on one of the tables before she sunk down into the soft soil on her knees. He had believed she had wanted to take up a specific topic—had a reason to come here, but as her fingers started to dig after the weed and their tricky roots, Conor returned to the soil and the work awaiting him there. Her hands were slower than his, and it was not hard to notice that the reason why was because she seemed uncertain of which plants should belong here and who didn’t. She was helpful nonetheless, simply looking at the appearance of the plants he forced up and away from their home. ”Thank you,” the male breathed lightly, still weeding the area. There existed silence between them, but it was the soft, comfortable kind. It was sort of beautiful.

”Some of these plants are poisonous if you prepare them a certain way,” he decided to reveal, wondering if the woman already knew. He was not sure exactly what to make of this. ”I think Coli longed for justice.” he concluded, almost wishing that his half-sibling had found the courage to poison their father. Haku deserved death, but none had been able to deal the last blow to the beast yet. ”I’m very sorry about Kol, Bris,” he then decided to say, moving his lilac orbs to her face. It was cruel of him to bring up the dead sister in such a way, but how else could it be done? It was important for the Soul male to appreciate those who had sacrificed their lives for Dahlia, even if it had truly been for nothing. ”She was a wonderful person, just like you.” A soft, though sorrowful smile graced his lips now. He just wanted Bris to know this.
