Niro watched as Amaranth picked the kitten up, and couldn’t help but smile, now they had companions of their own. He pulled from one of his pouches dried meat and handed it to amaranth.

He said, he had the twinkle of adventure in his eyes, looking at the now growing flames of the fire that Amaranth had started when she spotted the kitten, he grabbed a stick that would be suitable to use as a torch, and let the fire eat at the wood for a little bit, he looked at Amaranth and the new kitten, it was cute up close and now that it felt rather comforted against the girls furry arms. He smiled at her last question, sucked was a pretty nice word for the way the weather was acting. But he decided not to tell her that.

He asked knowing that she knew about just as much as he did unless her mother told her then she’d surely know more, it was a passing comment. He looked over at her to see if she would come and felt Marahute poking her own head out to check on the kitten.

He asked curiously, taking a few steps forward letting Amaranth know he was quite ready to start exploring, even with the kitten, he knew that the kitten wouldn’t be a match for him if it went to his pouch, but he’d never hurt the cat as long as it didn’t hurt his eagle. But the kittend seemed more curious about its new master.
